WorkAndCo d.o.o. je kupljen od strane ACCENTURE HOLDINGS B.V. dana 22. januara 2024.
U okviru integracije u Accenture, WorkAndCo d.o.o. Beograd (Srbija) će biti spojen sa Accenture Services d.o.o. Beograd (Srbija).
U skladu sa Zakonom o privrednim društvima u Srbiji (Sl. glasnik RS, br. 36/2011, 99/2011, 83/2014 - dr. zakon, 5/2015, 44/2018, 95/2018, 91 /2019 i 109/2021), na linku u nastavku možete izvršiti uvid u Nacrt Ugovora o statusu promena za WorkAndCo d.o.o. Beograd (Srbija), koja je takođe objavljena na sajtu Agencije za privredne registre na 18 novembar 2024.

As part of the integration to Accenture, WorkAndCo d.o.o. Belgrade (Serbia) will be merged by acquisition with Accenture Services d.o.o. Belgrade (Serbia).
In accordance with the Law on the Companies in Serbia (the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, no.36/2011, 99/2011, 83/2014 - other law, 5/2015, 44/2018, 95/2018, 91/2019 and 109/2021), please see below a link to the Draft Agreement on status change for WorkAndCo d.o.o.
